Al Argan Homes

Falah was employed by Al Argan Homes Real estate developers to redesign the facades of houses they have in their development plan so as to provide modern options to their clientel. The design resulted in 3 or more variations for a single house design providing more individuality to the customers.

WISH TOWERS ISTANBUL

Creating luxury and elegance in living are the objectives of this development in the western part on New Istanbul Turkey. 800 apartments of luxury living. Twin Towers over landscaped podium designed as two separate life styles. Metropolitan Istanbul is a 5star hotel apartments rising 40 floors above the podium crowned with a double volume restaurant and club. 360 Panorama Istanbul is a private luxury residence. Each of the towers designed as a self contained living destination complete with car parking, health clubs and private spas. The towers podium is made of shopping arcade that is designed in two styles. The major part is a three storey shopping arcade and the second part is F&B strip opening onto a landscaped pedestrian road.

OMNIYAT ONE

One is Omniyat’s new signature commercial tower, located just off Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Dubai’s new business hub – Business Bay. The tower’s distinctive form gives it the appearance of a skillfully cut diamond, while the use of intelligent design & technology creates work spaces reactive to people’s needs. The building has a total NLA of 391,892 sq.ft. and 954 car parks.

FALCON CITY OF WONDERS

The Residential villas of the Falconcity of Wonders are situated in the falcon wings. The Villas guarantee a superb life style and each owner has the option to choose their house design from four distinguished themes. The end result were four individual designs, i.e THE ANDALUSIA, THE NEW WORLD, THE AEGEAN AND THE SANTA FE.

MALTA SMART VILAGE

SmartCity is a technology park under development in Kalkara, Malta. The plan is to transform the Ricasoli Industrial Estate into a state-of-the-art information technology and media city on the models of Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City. The project was unveiled on 10 September 2007 by the former Prime Minister of Malta, Lawrence Gonzi. The whole development, which covers an area of 360,000 square metres, is to be fully completed in 2021, although the first offices opened in 2010

IBN BATTUTA MALL

Ibn Battuta Mall, the world’s largest themed shopping mall is revolutionizing the retail and entertainment experience in Dubai. Uniquely designed to celebrate the travels of the famous Arabic explorer Ibn Battuta, the exciting mix of over 275 retailers, 50 restaurants and food outlets, 21 cinema screens including the UAE’s only IMAX theatre and a continual array of events and promotions have helped evolve and develop one of the city’s fastest growing areas.

AL THURAYA TOWER

Occupying a prime location in Dubai's Media City, Al Thuraya Tower is a vibrant modern commercial Grade-A office tower which houses the headquarters of many major international media and commercial companies. Completed in 2006 and one of the first high-rise towers to be built in Media City, Falah undertook the architectural and engineering design and construction supervision of the 27-storey tower, which has a total built up area of 30,000m². It also includes a five-level podium car park, 19 office floors, business centre and private members business club on the 27th floor.

ZAYED UNIVERSITY TRAINING CENTER

Named after the late founder of the UAE, Zayed University is the benchmark of modern further education in the Middle East. ABU DHABI INDUSTRIAL CITY

The ICAD Residential City aims to provide a cosy and safe living environment by bringing the comfort of a home to the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi. Creatively designed and well-maintained with ready amenities and 24 hour security, the ICAD Residential City is the excellent choice to cater to the housing needs for your employees.

ABU DHABI ENERGY COMPLEX

Shaikh Khalifa Energy Complex on Corniche Road of Abu Dhabi, houses the Head Quarters of ADNOC Group Companies. The complex comprises 4 towers, 2 of which are 27 storied and other 2 towers are 20 storeyed each.

OUJE BOUGOUMOU VILLAGE

The community members chose the site, on the shores of Lake Opemiska, close to all the traditional trap lines. They also sat down with architects and explained the science underlying the traditional Cree dwelling, the astchiiugamikw. The idea for many of the community buildings in Oujé-Bougoumou was based upon the structure of the astchiiugamikw. The dwelling is constructed of a wooden frame in teepee-like fashion, and covered with a combination of moss and sand. The ceiling reaches the earth. A partially dug-out interior surrounds a stone fire pit. Sweet-smelling spruce boughs keep the floor fresh and soft underfoot. The interior is bathed in natural light from a fire hole at its apex.

MONTREAL WORLD TRADE CENTER

Completed in 1992 by Arcop, it is an example of a 'horizontal skyscraper' and a leading example of urban renewal, architectural preservation and rehabilitation. From the exterior it appears as a quintessential late-19th century Montreal business block with a diverse collection of buildings in different styles. Once inside the rear sections of those buildings have no been oriented on to a vast open space, replete with reflecting pool, cafés, boutiques and other diverse services. The interior is united in its impressive open volume and natural lighting, it reveals itself in layers - for the uninitiated the interior space is often thoroughly unexpected.

SHINDAGHA FOOD MARKET

It is located near Shindagha Tunnel in Deira. It is a Fruit and Vegetable Market which sells local and imported produce from Asia, Europe and the Mediterranean. Mainly caters to wholesale purchasers, but individual buyers are welcome to shop here.

ALBWARDY BUILDING DUBAI UAE

A private real estate developer appointed Falah and the team in ATKINS office in Dubai UAE to prepare a concept of a unique shaped office building that will contain the first drive in Bank in the region in 1983. The site of 30 meters front and 55 meters deep on two streets. The conspt was engineered and executed on the site in 1985. The project cost in 1986 was set at 2 million US dollars. The developer still occupies his office at the top floor in 2023.

UAQ CENTRAL FOOD MARKET UMM ALQUWAIN UAE

Falah and the team of ATKINS office in Dubai were appointed by the Government of Umm Al Quwain in the UAE to design and construct the Central Food market in the City. The open air traditional market was designed to suit the cultural and geographical location of the retail food market. It contains a small city slaughter house and fisher man market. It is located in the city of Um al Quwain in the UAE on a site with direct access to the fisherman Harbour. The design was completed in 1982 and construction completed in 1983.

MUNICIPALITY MAIN OFFICES UMM ALQUWAIN UAE

Falah and the Team of ATKINS office in Dubai UAE was appointed to design and construct the new offices of the Municipality of Um Al Quwain UAE. The two floor structure contained all municipal offices and the council chambers. The design was completed in 1983 and construction completed in 1984.

ALKHOBAR DESTINATION KSA

100 thousand square meters of almost flat land with a beach front on the Arabian Gulf of 50 meters on the Arabian gulf within the city of Alkhobar in KSA. This development was mater panned to provide water front and beach view too all the F&B outlets that make up some 36,000 m2 of the 60,000 m2 development floor area. The project contains cascading fountain with sea water and dancing fountains at night. The project was approved in 2022 and expected to be operation in 2024. The budget is estimated at 150 million US dollars.

ZAMANI HOTEL STONE TOWN ZANZIBAR

The historic city of Stone Town is a UNISCO registered historic city. The five-star luxury spa hotel of 60 + keys was designed fully by Falah and his team in 2005 in Dubai. To obtain the construction licence it took some 4 years in a city that has not issued such licences for almost 100 years. The design is made in full respect of the traditional architecture of the city. Part of the hotel was a building that is over 100 years old renovated to become the Hotels spa. Strategic location within the old town centre directly facing Stone Town bay and harbour. Hotel opened its doors round 2016 to guests. Its operated by an international luxury brand.

AMANI HOME KHARTOUM SUDAN

Falah was appointed to prepare concept design of this private residence in Khartoum Sudan for a family of two generations in one house. The selected style is influenced by Nubian architectural style being the origin of the family. The concept was completed in 2022 with immediate site commencement . The home will be ready for occupation in the idle of 2023.

MOVINPICK HOTEL AND COMMERCIAL CENTRE KUWAIT CITY

ALARGAN appointed falah and team at DEWAN Alemara office in Dubai to prepare full concept design for theming this new development that had completed structure. The Theme of Mediterranean style was requested by the client. The hotel and the attached commercial area of F&B outlets became a destination in Kuwait city when completed in 2004.

NEOPHARMA PLANT ABU DHABI UAE

3000 m2 of sterilized production area for medical supplies and medicine was designed and constructed by Falah and team of ATKINS office in Abu Dhabi between 1999 and 2002. This is one of the major medical industrial production plants in the UAE.

ABU DHABI INDUSTRIAL CITY ABU DHAI UAE

Master Planning of the new Abu Dhabi Industrial City was completed in 1997 by ATKINS team in Abu Dhabi office. Falah joined the team as the Leader of design and Concept design Architect. The 2 km square city was completed in the year 2001. Falah carried out the complete design management and site management of the public buildings in the city that included: Commercial centre, City Management offices, Confrence3 cemtre and mosques. The value of the work complete inn2001 was around 200 million dollars.

HIPER RESIDENCE ISTANBUL

This is a luxury residential tower in west Istanbul turkey. The 25 floors tower containing 250 apartments. The design inspired by the traditional window and balconies of the old city of Istanbul. The site of the project is at a critical highway interchange and within walking distances from the modern urban living facilities.
